The University of Alabama works with community partners to post part-time job opportunities for students, including jobs from local businesses in Tuscaloosa.
The Off-Campus Job Description Form (see link below) is to be used to submit part-time and summer employment opportunities for current UA students. There is no charge for this service, but all jobs submitted will go through a review/approval process before posting.
All off-campus student job opportunities are posted at the discretion of the UA Student Jobs Office. We will not advertise jobs for third party employers or employment agencies. Jobs must not require students to invest, purchase supplies or pay a fee as condition of employment. UA Student Jobs reserves the right to refuse to post any job that does not support the interest of the University.
Once approved, jobs will be posted on the UA Student Jobsite for 30 days, or until closed by the employer. While off-campus jobs posted on our jobsite are intended to reach UA students, employers must expect that jobs may be viewable by the general public. Even where web pages offer restricted access, job postings may be conveyed by those with access to others without access.
