Microfridge Service Problems

If you live on campus and are having problems with your Microfridge:

Here's what to do!

1. Call MicroFridge at 1-800-637-7567 (M-F).
2. On weekends, contact your area desk (see numbers listed below).
3. If you receive no service in 48 hours, email service@fa.ua.edu

and give your name, building name, room #, phone #, the date when you contacted the service provider, and exact details of your problems.
