If you live in a residence hall or on campus apartment and have service problems with the washers or dryers:
Here's what to do:
MacGray (Washers and Dryers)
- Call MacGray at 1-800-622-4729 or go to http://www.macgray.com/laundry/cs-laundry.cgi and enter your service request. If it is your first time to access this site you will need to use this password - crimsontide - and then log in your service request.
- If the service call is an "emergency" that involves water leaking or some other problem that should be taken care of immediately, call both MacGray and UA maintenance at 8-5823.
- If you receive no service in 24 to 48 hours, email service@fa.ua.edu and give your name, building name, room #, phone #, the date when you contacted the service provider, and exact details of your problems.
If money is lost in a machine please call 1-800-622-4729 to request a refund.
