Here’s what to do!
Step 1: E-mail cboshell@fa.ua.edu with your name, building name, room #, phone #, and the exact details of your problems. If you can locate the GI number on the back or bottom of your digital box, please provide that number.
Step 2: If you receive no service within 24-48 hours of sending email on a weekday, call Carol Boshell at 348-5799, and give your name, building name, room #, phone #, the date when you emailed your complaint, and the exact details of your problems.
